Wisdom and Transformative Action

Gurudev Shri Aaryam, known in the academic world as Professor Pushpendra Kumar Arya, is a distinguished spiritual master whose journey began at the age of seven with his first poem in Dharmayug. By thirty-one, his commentaries on Sankhya, Nyaya, Yoga, Vedanta Darshan and the Chandogya Upanishad were published. As the Founder-Chairman of Aaryam International Foundation and Kul Pramukh of Bhagwan Shankar Ashram in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, he has established ashrams across Mauritius, India and Switzerland — guiding the spiritual evolution of hundreds of thousands of seekers.

Before embracing the spiritual path fully, he served as a consultant to Shri Mukesh Ambani, the Government of India and the Republic of Mauritius. Honoured with approximately sixty-five awards internationally and having travelled to as many countries, he is the first Dharmacharya to visit Vatican City. By 2025, around 2.5 million people across forty countries are connected with his teachings — a living testament to a life devoted to the elevation of human consciousness through knowledge, devotion and purposeful action.
